Valentine’s Day Referral Program Terms and Conditions
HOW TO ENTER: Eligible participants (“Participant”) may participate in the Program by completing the referral form by providing the name and contact information of prospective customers who may be interested in doing business with Rubicon, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
The referral form must include the e-mail address of the person making the referral (the “Referrer”), as well as the business identity of the prospective customer (the “Referred Customer”) and, at least, a contact name, telephone number, and e-mail address for the Referred Customer. Referrers may refer as many Referred Customers as they would like, but are only eligible to receive a single gift card as described below. Businesses that have previously requested information from Rubicon, or were previously identified by another Referrer, will not qualify as a Referred Customer. Employees of Waste Management, Republic Services, Waste Connections, and/or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof are not permitted to enter.
GIFT: Participants/Referrers become eligible to receive the $214 gift card after Rubicon confirms that their Referred Customer has not previously requested information from Rubicon, or been previously identified by another Referrer. Eligibility determinations will be made approximately thirty days after the Participant/Referrer submits the referral. Upon determination of qualification of the participant to receive the $214 gift card, the electronic gift card will be sent via e-mail to the participant’s e-mail address provided at the time the contract is executed. Undeliverable gift cards will be deemed forfeited.
GENERAL: By completion of a referral form, Participant agrees to these Program Terms and Conditions. Rubicon may terminate the program at any time without notice. Gift cards are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Rubicon is not responsible for technical problems or submission errors. Rubicon reserves the right to disqualify any Participant if, in its sole discretion, a Participant has not complied with the Terms and Conditions or has otherwise attempted to disrupt the Program. Participant releases Rubicon from all liability arising out of participation in the program.
