Rubicon Global Comments on Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s New Plastics Economy Global Commitment Progress Report

Atlanta, Georgia (October 25, 2019) — Rubicon Global today commented on the Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s first annual New Plastics Economy Global Commitment progress report, which was released by the foundation on October 23, 2019.

The progress report, which according to the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, “provides an unprecedented level of transparency on how almost 200 businesses and governments are reshaping the plastics system,” listed Rubicon Global as a signatory of the foundation’s 2018 Global Commitment. Other signatories of the commitment include companies representing 20 percent of all plastic packaging produced globally, according to the foundation.
