Managing Partner, Rubicon Global
Peter Kellner is recognized globally as one of the first emerging markets venture investors. He is a co-founder of Endeavor, where he sourced two of Latin America’s most iconic entrepreneurial successes of the 1990s: Patagon and OfficeNet. Kellner is a Managing Partner at Rubicon Global, which has been at the vanguard of global venture capital since 1995. Kellner is an active early-stage investor in the U.S. and active growth-stage investor in global markets.
Kellner serves on the nonprofit boards of Endeavor Global, Endeavor Jordan, Endeavor Miami, and Endeavor Louisville; BizCorps (an emerging markets business developer founded by former OPIC President, Rob Mosbacher) and Ashoka Youth Venture. He is a Trustee of the Allen-Stevenson School in New York. He is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations; Crown Fellow, The Aspen Institute; and Member, Pacific Council on International Policy (PCIP). In 2009, he was selected as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.
Kellner received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and was a Fulbright Scholar to Hungary after college. He co-founded Hungary’s Environmental Management & Law Association (EMLA), a leading organization shaping environmental law and policy in Central Europe. Subsequently, he received a JD from Yale Law School and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He has lectured in Princeton’s Engineering Department for 13 years and provided the funding to establish Princeton University’s E-Lab for student startups.
